K3L Supervisor - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Leadership Role

PT Devarsh Sukses Forever is looking for a dedicated K3L Supervisor to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. As a K3L Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, policies, and procedures to protect our employees and the environment.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training and guidance to employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. With your strong leadership and technical expertise, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all aspects of business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in HSE.
• Represent the company at external HSE forums, conferences, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on supervision and leadership roles.
• Certification in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as Peraturan K3, Peraturan Lingkungan Hidup, and Peraturan Keselamatan Kerja.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
