📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including room inspections, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Coordinate with the hotel management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring they are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
- Participate in shift meetings and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possession of a relevant certification in hospitality management is a plus.
