As an Insights Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Python. You will also collaborate with our team of data scientists and analysts to ensure the highest quality of insights and recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to clients using advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
• Mentor and train clients on the use of data analytics tools and techniques.
• Work with the Stratify Analytics Indonesia team to develop and enhance our data solutions and services.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques is a plus.
