📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough legal due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities in project development.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely submission of required documentation and compliance reporting.
• Provide legal advice and support to project teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits, licenses, and compliance activities.
• Stay abreast of changes in legal and regulatory frameworks to proactively address compliance needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal and regulatory issues that arise during project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in infrastructure and construction.
• Proven experience in managing and securing permits and approvals for large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
