As a Field Collections Associate, you’ll be the face of Wheeltek-Yamaha in Canggu, handling cash collections, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely payments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits to collect payments from customers and ensure timely financial transactions.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records using in-house software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales and finance teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or collections role, preferably in the automotive or finance industry.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
