• Manage and optimize procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order processing
• Leverage financial acumen to align procurement activities with financial goals and strategic objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Implement best practices and technologies to improve procurement efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to drive cost reduction and operational excellence
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and operational excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and financial operations
• Proven track record in managing procurement processes and driving cost savings
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar
• Certification in procurement or financial operations is a plus
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus
