📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user guides, API references, release notes, and other technical content,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides,Provide technical writing support to the engineering team,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience with version control systems such as Git,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
