📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment.,Assist in the organization and planning of company events, meetings, and conferences.,Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures related to general affairs.,Maintain and update administrative records and documents.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.,Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and perks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a General Affairs or similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
