📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial recording

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Train and mentor junior accountants

Ensure timely and accurate tax filings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
