📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
  • Manage and motivate the kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant with high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
