PRIMA Sejahtera is seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.,Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and follow-up.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the B2B sector.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and industry knowledge.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
