📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair lift and escalator systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and staff.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance.
• Certification in lift and escalator systems, such as the International Association of Elevator Contractors (IAEC) or the National Elevator Industry Association (NEIA).
• Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools, such as Elevator Maintenance Management System (EMMS) and portable diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
