📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations for fine jewelry.
• Present and demonstrate our collection of exquisite jewelry pieces, highlighting their craftsmanship and unique features.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new arrivals to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming collections and special events.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the success of the Safiro team in Surabaya.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales, retail, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry, including different metals, gemstones, and design styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with industry tools and technologies, including jewelry design software like CAD or 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
