📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT infrastructure.,Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
