PT Yudha Astrid is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and development.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising and candidate screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Source, attract, and recruit top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
