📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Handle employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
