📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer patient inquiries and provide information about HMO services.
• Process and verify insurance claims for patients.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.
• Maintain and update patient records and HMO databases.
• Assist in resolving patient complaints and issues related to HMO services.
• Collaborate with the HMO team to ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
• Provide technical support to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, and chat.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with HMO insurance processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
