📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including kitchen staff, inventory, and food preparation.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Create and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage food costs and inventory to ensure efficient operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant or culinary operation.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Ability to manage and mentor a team of kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement.
