In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest level of patient care and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise the team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.,Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, referring physicians, and insurance companies.,Participate in continuing education and professional development for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery, Dentistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of dental software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
