In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documents.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
