Hokian Hendra Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the Finance Director to develop and implement financial strategies.,Monitor and control financial risks and opportunities.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations is a plus.
