📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Design and conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
