📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including salary calculations and tax deductions.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and staff.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
