📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the freight forwarding industry.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.,Strong understanding of the freight forwarding market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
