📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production requirements.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and equipment usage.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure production aligns with market demands.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Experience in working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
