PT Eksekutif Lestari Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Timur. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and development. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we have the right talent in place.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are considered.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are competitive in our hiring efforts.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and results.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients to foster a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other common HR software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
