📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival and departure.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the waiting room.
  • Handle billing and insurance questions.
  • Assist with front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide information about the clinic's services and promote our dental team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy, including experience with office software and dental management systems.
