📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on Xpeng vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Use Xpeng's proprietary PDI system and ISO/TS 16949 compliance tools to document and track inspections.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in vehicles to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of Xpeng vehicles, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Xpeng team to develop and implement best practices for PDI and vehicle maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and professional experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in EV technology and industry standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 quality standards and automotive repair procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
