(Hybrid) Section Head

Indonesia Pharmaceutical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Head to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the collaboration of an in-office environment.

As a Section Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a specific section of our organization. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of professionals in a specific section.
• Driving the company's strategic objectives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Reporting to the Management Team on the progress and performance of the section.
• Ensuring the section's budget is managed effectively and efficiently.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational objectives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
